Amie Brûlée

Amie Brûlée is a multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter with a vintage soul and love of old-fashioned continental sophistication and swing. She is based in Ballarat but has a deep love of travelling, languages and gastronomical adventures.

Amie loves to sing joyful songs, vintage swing, French and Spanish classics and originals, and host drinks tastings. Her favourite performances combine music, stories and tasting. Amie released her new album in 2024 – Bon Appétit! – with thirteen fabulous songs from the 1920s to the early 2000s, all on the subject of food and drink.
