Mineral Springs Truffles is located near Daylesford and is a beautiful family owned and run Truffiere set on 15 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Spargo Creek. The Truffiere is planted with French Oak Trees that are inoculated with the authentic Tuber melanosporum or Perigord Truffle. 

We make a range of truffle products, all with ingredients sourced in Victoria. Truffle Products include Fresh Black Winter Truffle (in winter), Organic Truffle Oil, Black Truffle Salt, Truffle Honey & a range of Truffle Gift Hampers. Perfect for meals & moments to share with family & friends.
