MOONSHINE POTTERY

Tony Barnes has made a living as a potter for over thirty years, working from his Moonshine Pottery in Malmsbury, Victoria.

He currently uses a fine porcelain stoneware clay decorated with copper red, cobalt blue, rutile and celadon glazes. He marks his work with an impressed T in a square with a dot under the elongated right side of the cross bar. In an earlier version, the mark was reversed. Some works are also stamped 'Moonshine Pottery Malmsbury' and 'Handmade in Australia'.

Tony will be throwing clay at the wheel in the Botanical Bar as well as selling his beautiful hand made wares.
